Are you passionate about Soft Tissue Therapy and would like to work in a well established practice located in a close knit community as part of a friendly, supportive team?
We are looking for a Massage Therapist who has:
- experience or a strong interest in sports injuries, Therapeutic Massage, exercise prescription, and holistic approach to client care
- excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- an enthusiasm for learning, great clinical reasoning skills and seek the best evidence based outcomes for clients
- very good organizational, time management and computer skills
- the ability to be innovative, can embrace change and work well independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
•Perform massage and body treatment services as outlined within the service protocol guidelines, time allotments
• Inform reception of in-service alterations (e.g. service additions or upgrades, additional time, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness standards for all equipment, tools, furnishings, and massage rooms
• Restock and maintain supplies in massage rooms during each shift in order to have all needed supplies/tools at hand to perform each service at all times
• Follow and perform all sterilization routines
• Deliver exceptional service experience to clients with a goal of retaining clients for repeat business
• Keep front desk staff informed of your whereabouts during your shift should you leave while on break
• Active participation in required events, required programs, required meetings and required trainings
•Assisting with Laundry duties
* Professional and effective customer service and communication skills
* Come prepared and arrive 10-15 minutes before your session
*Maintain and continue CEC's and certification requirements
Qualifications:
*Emotional intelligence, confidence and the ability to work independently with professional autonomy.
• Previous massage and body treatment experience, 500 hours of training.
• Valid California State Massage Therapy License.
* Some knowledge with Mind Body appt software
*Personable personality
*A great smile, a sense of humor and a lot of patience.
