Description
Home Health Aide 2 provides patients with assistance in activities in daily living. The Home Health Aide 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Assists patients within the home with daily living activities. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
What will the Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant Aide do?
- The Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health addresses needs related to disabilities, disease and mental impairment.
- Helps to manage medications, bathes and dresses patients
- Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
- Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
- Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of North Carolina
- CPR certification
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of CenterWell's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
- This role is part of CenterWell's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
- Excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).
- Working knowledge of clinical operations
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Days 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday (flexible hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,200.00 - $36,900.00 per year
