SalaryMed A Quest is hiring CHHA’s in multiple counties.
Duties include:
- Monitor patient health and maintain up-to-date records of patient physical/mental condition
- Provide services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accompany the patient to doctors visits and other outings
- Assist the patient in and out of bed, the bathroom, chairs and wheelchairs, and cars
- Discuss patient progress with the case manager
