HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Certified Home Health Aidto fill an opening with a large Home Health company in Monmouth County, NJ.
Daily Responsibilities for Certified Home Health Aid:

• Provides or assists in ADL activities, personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Aids in toileting; positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assists with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Shift: flexible schedule (Monday-Friday), 40hrs. per week

Required Qualifications for Certified Home Health Aid:

• Active and clear New Jersey CHHA licensure
• At least 6+ months of working CHHA experience

Preferred Qualifications for Certified Home Health Aid:

• EMR experience
• Previous Home Health experience
