Responsibilities:
- Provide flight instruction to students in accordance with the approved training syllabus
- Conduct ground school classes to teach aviation theory and principles
- Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for takeoff, landing, and in-flight maneuvers
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Develop and update training materials and curriculum as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and training activities
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI)
- Hold a valid FAA medical certificate (preferred) or qualify for BasicMed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in curriculum development is preferred
- Proficiency in with Microsoft 365 for record keeping and administrative purposes
- Ability to work well in a classroom setting and adapt teaching methods to individual student needs

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour
