SalaryIMPORTANT NOTE: Please do NOT apply for this position if you do NOT have the Michigan Driver's Education Instructor Certificate. This is a special certificate which you obtain through attending an IPP course provided by the State of Michigan. It allows you to teach Segment 1, Segment 2 classes, and Private Lessons (for teens and adults).
Overview of Life Driving Academy:
We were created to be extraordinary! After collecting ideas from parents, students, law enforcement, and Driving Instructors about what it would take to develop an extraordinary driver's education company, Life Driving Academy was born.
Rated as the highest driver’s education company in Michigan and only providing in-person instruction, our instructors drive brand new 4x4 Jeep Wranglers and use a 7-camera vehicle surround system for an increased level of safety and comfort. Our instructors come to work each day knowing they drive a vehicle they can be proud of and safe in. Life Driving Academy cares deeply about you as an individual and guarantees an excellent environment to work in amongst an intentional, family-feeling staff.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a Michigan certification to teach driver's education
- Passion for mentoring, teaching, and coaching students
- Great internal and external communication skills
- Comfortable with technology

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
