Position Information
- Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology or related field with a concentration in applied behavior analysis.
- A BCBA or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification must be attained within the first six months of employment.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including at least 120 hours of direct services to individuals with complex behavior problems, plus supervisory/management experience.
- Solid knowledge of the fundamental principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis. This includes functional analysis methodology, verbal behavior, and ethical standards in behavior analysis.
- Work collaboratively as part of a comprehensive team to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently, with great attention to details, and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others.
- The ability to conduct themselves as a leader and provide feedback and guidance to all staff.
- Pass annual background check.
- Candidates must be eligible for private insurance credentialing and able to obtain a license as a Behavior Analyst.
- Demonstrates managerial and leadership experience.
- Fully licensed and credentialed candidates desired.
