Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 3 years with Liberty and/or with previous companies acquired by Liberty

- Understands all certified training required by Liberty.
- Collaborates with the HSE department to verify that all training processes/ curriculum meet governing body regulations.
- Ensures that all certified training is documented and uploaded correctly.
- Supports the crew by providing assessments and retraining on location.
- Works with Certification and Assessment Coordinator to develop and provide updates on training processes for all certification training, as needed.
- Uses the platform calendar function to show class schedules, delivery methods, and pre-requisites. •Understands reporting functions of the platform to assist during compliance audits.
- Understands state and country requirements as well as operator requirements for designated district. •Helps to create a uniform training process that is easy to implement, assess, and certify.
- Some traveling to the assigned district(s), if applicable.
