Job Summary
The Certificate Account Coordinator assists the Commercial Lines Certificate Department with processing and issuing certificates of insurance in Accordance with AssuredPartners objectives and procedures. Additionally, the Coordinator will be required to review contracts, insurance requirements, client policies to determine proper limits, coverages, and deductibles in order to determine the needs of our client. Other duties/special projects as requested.

- Follows workflow with regards to commercial certificate execution for new and renewal requests.
- Ability to take direction from an AE/AM and execute the requested work in an efficient manner and reviews work for accuracy.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced setting, and able to adjust to changing demands as needed.
- Be able to review contract specifications along with requests from clients to execute certificates accurately and with no mistakes.
- Administer all aspects of Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property
- Review and research client policies to determine proper limits, coverages and deductibles
- Process and issue Certificates of Insurance daily which accurately reflect coverages and policy terms based upon requests from clients and certificate holders
- Prepare annual renewals of certificates as needed
- Maintain client records in Epic as it pertains to certificates
- Other duties as assigned.

- Advanced degree from college or technical school; or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
