Cerner Registration and Rev Cycle

We are seeking a strong Cerner consultant for long term contract.

• Subject Matter Expert in Registration and Scheduling for Ambulatory and Acute (aka CPM/Revcycle.exe 64-bit, and including Patient Status Orders)
  • Rev Cycle Reg/Sched - both front end and back end/build
  • Scheduling Tools (schools.exe)
  • Reg/Sched, clinical, and Revenue cycle workflows
  • PowerOrders (specifically Physician order entry)
  • Discern Rules
  • Intermediate – advanced CCL would be a big plus, but not required.
• Participate in Project Management meetings, solution calls, workshops, design sessions, testing, training, go-live support and provide insight into best industry practices in Cerner implementation.
  • Aid in test script development for Ambulatory Care and Acute settings
    • Lead Integrated Testing events for Client testers.
      • Develop workflow, test scripts, requirements tracing approach, and transition to support assistance.
    • Preferred experience in production support capacity.
  • Input into design sessions and workflow documentation
  • Collaborate with Cerner, Client, and IT Informatics to develop training materials.
• Represent and report to IT PMO
  • Provide assistance to PMO for project related tasks not mentioned above.

Position is remote except onsite requirements for major events such as workshops, Integrated Testing, training and go-live.
