45 calls per hour at Emergency24 earns the equivalent of $20+ per hour

Trained Dispatchers can earn from $16 per hour and up to $24+ per hour based on their monthly performance (includes bonuses)

· Trained Operators can earn monthly productivity, quarterly quality and monthly attendance bonuses worth several hundred dollars each.

• Unscheduled Overtime is paid at Double time! - not mandatory

Job Description

• Help people when they need it most by responding to fire, burglary and other alarms
• Dispatch to Police and Fire departments across the country
• Handle high-volume of inbound and outbound calls concerning alarms and systems
• Monitor alarm systems using our software and systems
• Help our subscribers, customers, and team members with managing their alarm systems
• Keep a professional demeanor and follow established dispatch protocols and procedures
• Maintain your outbound and inbound calls with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
• Video event monitoring
• New Employee shifts include weekends
• After training Part-time or full time shifts available

Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age; High school graduate or equivalent
• Well-spoken - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written, verbal, and listening)
• Considerate - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE APTITUDE
• EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE
• Must pass integrity and aptitude test, and sign a confidentiality agreement
• Fingerprint background check required by Illinois Dept. of Professional Financial Regulation
• PERC card is a plus!

· No experience required - we provide paid in-house training
