Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engineering drawings from field sketches and drawing templates using AutoCAD. Work must adhere to Centerline’s established specifications and standards. Candidate may be required to participate in field work, including but not limited to, measuring and providing accurate sketches and notes.

Responsibilities:
- Routinely produce construction drawings quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Prepare construction drawings for in-building DAS design.
- Complete quality control for peers.
- Complete basic redlines of drawings quickly and accurately.
- Read and understand architectural floor plans, sections, details etc.
- Track assigned tasks and be aware of project priorities.
- Learn, understand, and adhere to Centerline’s standards and templates.
- Learn and understand the fire code as it relates to ERRCS DAS.
- Understand municipal permitting requirements.
- Understand construction methods and best practices.
- Perform occasional permit running and printing of construction drawings (if applicable).
- Keep track of time on multiple projects/training/meetings/etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Complete company required training/policy reviews in a timely manner.
- CAD Certificate, Basic Knowledge of CAD. A CAD test will be required.
- Engineering/Architectural Technology degree a plus.
- 0 to 2 years of experience with the production of telecom, architectural or similar drawings.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- In-building DAS experience preferred but not required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Some occasional travel for permit submittals; drive, walk, carry sets of construction drawings..
