Position Function: Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, to assist certified professional staff with students in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives.
Qualifications Profile:

• Prior experience working with children and/or degree in related field preferred. Experience with special needs children desirable.
• High School diploma or equivalent; any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.

Starting Salary: $15.70/hour - commensurate with experience
Job Category: Classified, 174 work day calendar, 7.5 hrs/day (37.5 hrs/week)

Requirements:
-All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
-Must submit a pre employment physical prior to the first day of work.
