Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. (ABC, Inc.), Home of the R.E.A.L. Model™, is now hiring a full-time Behavior Analyst/BCBA for our Center-based program. We are looking for someone with a positive team player attitude and high work ethic, who is extremely reliable and has the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.

Essential duties include (but are not limited to):
- Provide ABA program supervision in center-based (and home-based settings if needed) for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Supervise 1:1 staff in the implementation of ABA teaching techniques and strategies
- Provide parent training on the principles of ABA
- Create and supervise behavior support plans
- Create and monitor behavior modification strategies and reinforcement systems
- Work collaboratively with families and autism care managers

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Requirements
Ideal candidates have current BCBA certification and 1-2 years experience in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Negative TB test prior to start of position
- A clear criminal background check prior to start of position
- Valid driver license and reliable insured transportation. Travel is required for this position.
- Positive team player attitude, high work ethic, extremely reliable and have the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $71,075.00 - $81,084.00 per year
