The successful candidate will be responsible for operating processing and packaging equipment, performing routine and limited breakdown maintenance of production equipment, running the manufacturing batch by controlling and monitoring the production equipment, communicating with manager and lead to ensure correct process and safety procedures are always maintained.
Responsibilities:
Operate processing and testing equipment
Safely handle volatile chemicals with proper PPE
Perform routine and limited breakdown maintenance of production equipment
Run precision equipment with guidance from the lead operator
Communicate with other operators to ensure quality and adherence to the cell design specifications
Perform precision measurements with tools such as calipers, micrometers, force gauge, scale, insulation tester, etc.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
0-3 years of experience in battery production or related field
40 hour per week availability
Willingness to wear required PPE (lab coat, hair net, gloves, respirator when needed.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to be punctual and self-motivated
Ability to operate computerized manufacturing equipment
Strong communication skills
