Cell Phone Technician

iFixandRepair is a successful franchise Cell Phone repair company in the United States. We are looking for a highly qualified Cell Phone/tablet repair technicians to help grow our repair business. We are also willing to train on certain devices if needed. This candidate would possess the ability to doing the following repair types:

Cell Phone/Tablets:

- LCD assembly replacements for iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Motorola and other brands/models

- Component level replacements, e.g. charging port board/headphone jack/ear speaker/home button

- Backup/restores

- Data Recovery

The ideal candidate would also possess the following traits that will help grow their department:

- Extremely customer service oriented

- Shows initiative

- Passionate about tech in general

- Good marketer

- Business savvy

- Good with upselling

Extra points given to candidates that can show concrete examples of their success/development of a store/department. Ideally we'd like a candidate that is savvy with Cell Phone repair at the minimum.
