Cell Phone Repair Technician

Job Description: Repair Technician

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and identify issues
- Provide technical support to customers in person, over the phone, or via email
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and labor performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Assist with retail sales of electronic devices and accessories

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in electronics repair or related field preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
