CDL Permit Trainee (Company Paid Class A CDL Program)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a CDL Permit Trainee at our facility located in Plymouth, MN, 55441. As a CDL Permit Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the necessary skills to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and start a rewarding career in the transportation industry. This position requires individuals who meet the physical requirements and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in CDL training courses and programs
• Study and understand the rules and regulations of commercial driving
• Practice driving skills under the guidance of experienced instructors
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record during the training period
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with trainers and fellow trainees
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must meet the physical requirements necessary for commercial driving
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules
