We have an immediate opening for Restoration CDL Truck Driver in our Lacrosse, WI area location.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Restoration Water Truck Driver will be responsible to transport water to construction site and spray onto dirt, and seed areas of the work location for grass growth. Must have a CDL Class A or B License.
Functional Requirements:
- CDL Required Class A or B License, ideally with tanker endorsement
- DOT Drug screen / Physical
- Driver must be in DOT compliance at all times.
- Move hand and foot levers to control operating equipment.
- Interpret hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed.
- Assemble or disassemble equipment or material on construction projects.
- Manipulate equipment on unleveled working surfaces.
- Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, water and all fluids and performs pre and post trip inspections.
- Inspects material to ensure it has been loaded correctly and is secure and reviews shipping documents to verify all information is accurate.
Some of the physical demands are:
- Must be dependable, willing, and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily and continual basis.
- Ability to drive on a stop and start basis daily and continually.
- Lifting, placing of materials, standing, walking, turning, stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously.
- Close vision is required for some functions and distance and peripheral vision is required for safety.
Operators must be willing to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes.
Our company is a drug-free environment. This position requires compliance with the company and Federal Department of Transportation (FMSCA or PHMSA) drug testing policies and procedures for both pre-employment and continuing random.
