We're looking for CDL Local Route Truck Drivers to help move Iron Mountain into the future and become our next generation of managers and leaders. Complete local routes ( in Monroe, LA vicinity) hauling out grey confidential secure and shred bins for destruction. End of day, or end of week shred assets at local recycling facility.

PAY: Up to $20.00 per hour DOE (paid biweekly)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes OT + Occasional weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain company non CDL vehicle safely and efficiently
• Load, transport, and drive without assistance
• Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate paperwork and records

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age 21 with a valid CDL Driver's License and good driving record
• At least one year of route transportation experience preferred
• Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
• Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
• Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
• Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, ladders
• Lift at least 70 pounds; push/pull bins 25 to 350 pounds, average weight 170 pounds
• Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
