THIS POSITION IS BASED IN FAIRFIELD, IOWA. THIS POSITION PROVIDES DAIRY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS IN SOUTHEAST IOWA- INCLUDING MT. PLEASANT, ELDON, BATAVIA, OTTUMWA, BURLINGTON, FT. MADISON, KEOKUK, MONTROSE, DONNELLSON AND MANY OTHER GREAT COMMUNITIES IN SOUTHEAST IOWA.

The AE Dairy Driver:
- Must have a valid and current Class A CDL
- Must demonstrate safe driving practices
- Must comply with all DOT Regulations and company policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product
- Must learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads
- Must prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles
- Must demonstrate customer-focused professionalism in all interactions with customers and the general public
- Must show enthusiasm for and commitment to the AE Brand
Compensation and Benefit plans:
- $24.90 Hourly (Paid Weekly). Wholesale Commission and Relief Routes.
- FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH- FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
