```Duties```
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to their destinations
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Collect fares and issue tickets as required
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
```Requirements```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement (preferred)
- Previous experience in bus driving or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for dealing with passengers
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with passengers and supervisors
