Cdl A Truck Driver – Options For Existing Teams And Solos

XPO is hiring for multiple jobs in the St. Louis area with Options for both Existing Teams and Solo Drivers!

As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site.

XPO Solo drivers will operate, load, and unload a tractor-trailer combination, delivering freight to customer locations.

Driver Requirements

• 21 years of age or older with valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months CDL-A driving experience
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements
• Safe driving record and history
• Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Team Drivers must be a part of an existing team
• Must live within 100 miles of St. Louis, MO

Team Drivers: Pay & Job Details

• Earn $90,000 per year average
• Mileage pay: $0.87 per mile, split between each driver and $31.80/hr for delays
• Paid training
• Weekly pay
• Home weekly: 5 days out, 2 days home
• Dedicated XPO routes with loads running between XPO facilities
• 100% no-touch and in-house freight

Solo Drivers: Pay & Job Details

• Start at $32.58/hour
• Home Daily
• Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples
• Load and unload freight
