Compensation:

• Competitive earnings ranging from $95,000 - $105,000 annually
• Additional Pay:
  • Safety and Damage Free Bonuses paid quarterly and annually

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home every other day if living near Silver Bow, MT (Butte)
• Schedule: If Drivers are not home every other day, they may work the week out on the road 5 days and then home 2. Weekend home time is dependent on when drivers start the week.
• One on One Dispatch
• Service Coverage Area: MT, ID, Eastern WA with most hauls averaging 300-350+ miles
• Level of Touch: Load, unload, and secure loads

Equipment:

• Late model Trucks with state-of-the art equipment, including 100% soft tie down
• Transmission: Majority of the fleet is automatic with some options for manual
• Governed speed: 67 mph petal & 70 mph cruising
• Outward event triggered cameras

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have Class A CDL from state of residence
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience
  • No previous auto-hauling experience is required
  • Drivers with previous auto-hauling experience are highly desired!
• Must be able to work a 7 day work week if necessary
• Must have a good driving record
  • No driving-related suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 5 years.
  • No more than 3 DOT preventable accident in the past 5 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 100 miles of Silver Bow, MT
