Regional Class A CDL Driver(Flatbed)
$6000 Sign on Bonus
Earning Potential $90,000 plus/year

Who You Are:
A perfect Class A CDL Driver would be an individual that has a great personality and Customer Service Skills.They must be able deliver our product on time, safely.They must follow all DOT regulations that are required of all Class A CDL Drivers. They must be able to represent our company.
What You Will Be Doing:
You are responsible for the pick-up and delivery of cargo that must be inspected and transported within the Safe and Legal requirements of the Federal Safety Regulations. This includes but not limited to Cargo inspections, Hours of Service Compliance, Equipment Inspections, and the Safe operation of a CMV. You will be a representative of Trulite Glass Aluminum and shall conduct yourself with the utmost courtesy and respect toward all vendors, management, and co-workers.

• Operates commercial motor vehicle and associated equipment safely.
• Conducts thorough Pre-trip, Inter-trip, and Post trip vehicle inspections at specified intervals required by FMCSA and Company standards.
• Complies with all required statutory, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and forms, including but not limited to manifests, shipping and receiving documents.
• Maintains all required certifications required by DOT and company safety programs.
• Preps trailer for loading and direct glass placement, secures load, unsecure load, breaks down and sets up glass equipment.
• Driver must be able to plan trips to ensure the most proficient and safe on-time delivery.
• Driver must be knowledgeable about proper operation of GeoTab ELD device and Federal Hours of Service requirements.

Skills You Bring:

• Class A CDL License with clean driving record. No traffic citations in the last 2 years.
• Minimum of 2 years CDL Class A driving experience or 1 year of OTR experience.
• 1-2 years of Over the Road Flat Bed Experience or 1-2 years of Glass Transportation highly preferred; will be required to complete and pass training if experience is less < 1 year.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen and background check.
• Demonstration of sound judgement in the operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle in compliance with all FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Ability to travel to Knoxville, TN for onboarding and periodic training.
