Hiring Truck Drivers:

• Solo
• Team
• Lease-Purchase
• Owner Operator

What We Offer Our Truck Drivers:

• We pay $0.60 per mile OR 27% from gross - your choice
• Our OTR Drivers AVERAGE $1,800 - $2,000 per week
• Home Time Minimum: 2 Weeks OTR and 2 Days home (1 day home per 1 week out)
• We Pay Detention Pay & Layover/Breakdown Pay
• Weekly Settlements are on Thursdays with direct deposit
• PAID vacation - Earn 1 paid week off per every year worked, up to 3 weeks
• No Touch Freight
• 1099

• Our Latest Freightliner Cascadia OR Kenworth T680 Truck (Automatic & Manual)
• All trucks have a power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and heat bunker
• Our newest Dry Van Trailers
• Mobile communication and ELD
• 24/7/365 Professional Dispatch Support
• Dedicated Safety, Truck Maintenance, and HR Support
• Safety & Inspection Bonuses, Referral bonus
• Passenger Policy
• 1 Day Orientation

Truck Driver Bonuses:

• Level 1 - $350
• Level 2 - $250
• Level 3 - $150
• $1,000.00 – 4 clean inspections
• $1,500.00 – 5 clean inspections
• $2,000.00 – 6 or more clean inspections
• Referral bonus - $500

Orientation:

• 1 day Orientation: Scheduled between Monday - Thursday
• Location: Schaumburg, IL (25 min from O'Hare airport)
