Arielis seeking a licensed CDL-A driver to join the Supply Chain and Logisticsteam. In this role, you would beresponsible for transporting goods and materials to various destinations withinOhio via various types of vehicles, including semi-tractor trailers, flat beds,and box trucks in a safe and secure manner. It would also be responsible for securing all loads, performing someloading and unloading duties, executing material movement via poweredindustrial trucks within our distribution center, following all DOT and companyrequirements, and completing other duties as assigned. Candidates must have a demonstratedsafety-oriented background, a valid CDL-A license, and DOT certification. Lastly, this position is on-shift, and willreturn back to the assigned home location at the end of the daily drivingrequirements. - High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of driving experience in a professional capacity with Class A CDL and DOT certification
- Valid CDL A with an acceptable driving record required
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSR regulations and safety standards required
- Experience with load securement in box trucks, flat beds, and/or curtain side trailers required
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Experience with shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and other documentation required
- Eagerness to grow and develop knowledge, skills, and abilities required
- Demonstrated effective communication and customer service skills required
- Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
