A Dependable Transports is looking for a responsible, organized, and safety-conscious driver to join our team. In this role, the driver will pick up materials and transport them between our locations, as well as make deliveries directly to customer facilities.

- Must pass A Drug test & DOT road test at orientation

New training Program- We are excited to announce our new training division for drivers who are fresh out of CDL A School or if you have a CDL A and in need of a refresher course we got you covered.
Drivers in training receive a FLAT RATE each week until they are assigned their own truck.
Drivers in training will go out with a senior team member or a contracted owner operator for compliance fulfillment
Pay expectations:
- Drivers on this Fleet can expect a Weekly Average gross pay of $1,225 to $1,570
- Drivers are paid up to $0.67 CPM based on experience. Drivers will also receive accessorial pay for detention and any layovers after 24 hours.
Details of Expected Home time for this West Coast
Drivers will have a reset each week for days off, however resets at home alternate each week. Drivers will reset at home every OTHER weekend, but will receive days off weekly.
Drivers will NOT be home every night, This is not a local home daily route.
Some drivers depending on location may pass through the home for break during work week, however this is not a guarantee.
What are the Duties of Dry Van Fleet Driver
- You will pick up loaded containers from our customer centers or warehouse locations.
- Most customers freight is retail and non perishable items.
- Drivers will delivery loads to several drop off locations within the west.
- Drivers will operate west of Texas mostly CA, AZ, NV, UT
- Drivers will average 350 to around 500 miles a day.
- 1-3 loads daily
- All loads are NO Touch Freight
- 45% are live loads at customer drop off centers.
