SalaryTri Star Freight System is looking for a Local, Regional and Over the Road Company Combo Container Driver to join our team! Must be able to do all three - this is not exclusively a local position.
We offer the following pay based on mileage:
Local (0-100 miles from Port) $26.25 per hour
Regional (101-200 miles from Port) $0.80 per mile
OTR (201+ miles from Port) $0.59 per mile

Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills.
Must have:
- Valid CDL
- TWIC Card
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (specific requirements may vary)
- Must pass drug and other pre-employment requirements
- We do not accept SAP drivers or drivers that have ever been apart of the SAP program
Benefits Package includes:
- 100% Company Paid Profit Sharing – fully vested on Year 7

- Paid $26.25 per hour for Breakdown / Maintenance
- Layover Pay is a flat rate of $150.00 (includes meals, hotel, rental car, etc.) if billable or dispatch error. Other instances will be reviewed as they occur.
- Detention / Waiting Time - 2 hours free, then hourly rate applies if billable (Driver must let dispatcher know if going into detention and detention must be signed off)

- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus – paid in increments (60, 120, 180 and 365 days)
- $500 Referral Bonus – paid in increments (14, 45 and 90 days)

- Fuel credit card (for diesel and def only, unless used for preventative maintenance or parts authorized by Fleet Manager). No personal usage allowed.
