As a CCTV Surveillance Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and respond to any security threats or suspicious activities.
• Operate and maintain the CCTV systems, ensuring they are functioning properly at all times.
• Assess and evaluate incidents and escalate to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Record and maintain accurate incident reports.
• Collaborate with security teams to coordinate responses to security incidents.
• Monitor access control systems and assist in controlling entry to restricted areas.
• Keep up to date with security and safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide support during emergency situations and follow established protocols.
• Perform regular checks and inspections of the CCTV equipment to ensure they are in working order.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a CCTV Surveillance Operator or in a related security role.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining CCTV equipment and systems.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to assess and respond swiftly to security incidents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
