Job Summary: We are seeking a pacemaker technician to work collaboratively with our office to diagnose pacemaker and defibrillator (ICD) function. This person is responsible for evaluating and reviewing remote transmissions of cardiac devices.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot during device test
- Identify pacemaker capture and heart rhythms
- Evaluate and review remote downloads of cardiac devices
- Request device information from manufacturer
- Generate telemetry reports for cardiac monitoring patients
- Experience with various cardiac devices including pacemakers and defibrillators
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
