CBRF Caregivers - Germantown, WI

Open Shifts 7am -7pm or 7pm-7am

12 hour shift availability needed.

Job duties may include:

• Assisting clients with daily activities and needs as directed by the Community Director.
• Help clients with meals and escorts.
• Take vital signs.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team.
• Answer patient calls.
• Clean and sanitize patient areas.
• Assist in changing bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by Community Director.

Requirements:

• Current, valid WI state certification and in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
• Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified)

Compensation: Based on experience.
