Job Description:As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the development of care plans for patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or interventional procedures. Your responsibilities will include performing scrub and monitoring duties using catheterization equipment, operating radiology imaging equipment, and ensuring accurate storage and archiving of images. Additionally, you will operate the MAC LAB hemodynamic monitoring system, assist in various coronary and peripheral procedures, and participate in pacemaker implantations and other cardiac interventions.
Qualifications:
- RCIS or R.T. (R) (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Minimum of one year of Cath lab experience within a hospital setting
Shift Times:Rotating Weekends/ 8a-5pm, 10s or 5, 8Note: Day-shift regular hours, but on-call availability required at any time, including nights and weekends.
On Call Details:
- 60% of the month will be on call
- $10 compensation while on call
- Time and a half compensation when called in
Location Requirement:Must live within a 30-mile radius of the hospital.
