Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Winston Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Cath Lab setting and possess strong clinical skills. This is a 5x8 position, offering a schedule of five days per week with eight-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition during procedures.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as directed by the physician.
- Provide patient education and support throughout the Cath Lab experience.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Cath Lab setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
