This manager will also coordinate available resources, guide the strategic direction of the service line, and assure accountability of health care professionals to support delivery of superb cardiac care services. Our Cath Lab performs a variety of elective, urgent and emergent services including services interventions, device implants and assists the echo team with their interventions. Our Cardiology Clinic is growing rapidly with our heart failure and arrhythmia programs, device clinic, cardiac monitors, cardiac rehab and our fast-paced clinic.
Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager Outpatient is responsible for assisting leaders with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing the ambulatory care setting subject to policies, budgets, objectives and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV and the hospital administrative team. Ensures effective clinical care with focus on the patients, providers, and employees of assigned department(s). Leads, manages, supervises, evaluates, and develops the clinical team. Refers to and develops policies, procedures, guidelines, and department specific instructions. Ensures the departments are aligned with the overall mission, vision, values, and culture of Bozeman Health.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS
- Minimum three years of patient care experience
- Minimum two years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
- Preferred: Master's Degree in nursing or related field
