Role Description

Works closely with operations manager and team to manage delivery needs and execution

Meets with operations team weekly to go over needs, deliveries, and expectations

Must be able to maintain schedule and be on time when scheduled for deliveries both onsite and at kitchen to load

Works closely with kitchen staff to ensure all items needed for events are included and correspond with our BEO’s

Management of delivery and set up of client events varying based on specific needs and detail of each event and client

Responsible for packing and loading food at production facility

When needed, responsible for preparing finishing touches for food items and making sure all necessary items are included

Will be responsible for making pack boxes for events and deliveries to include any serving and presentation/display materials and items

Responsible for maintaining organization of in-house materials goods rooms at office/kitchen

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of vehicles to include but not limited to – cleanliness and preparedness for deliveries (gas, bringing any damage or vehicle issues to attention of ops staff)Being responsible for return of all materials owned by company from events and unpacking any items upon completion of events and return to head kitchen

Willingness to problem solve and be flexible as far as potentially having to grab last minute items needed for events

• Maintaining clean & organized paper storage & smallware's storage rooms
• Cleanliness of all smallware's
• Chafing dishes - cleaned & polished
• China platters - wrapped & stored properly
• Serving Pieces - cleaned/wrapped & properly stored
• Maintaining Linens - cleaning of & storage of
• Maintaining Clean & organized storage of mighty lites/cambro containers/insulated bags
• Insuring Ice Packs for deliveries are cleaned & placed back in the freezer for upcoming uses
• Loading area neat & organized

Qualifications

Must have Prior Food Service Experience

Able to lift up to 75 pounds

Licensed with no outstanding tickets/warrants

Must be Detailed Oriented

Good communication/language skills/use of cell phone/texting

Has a smartphone with navigation and google calendar capabilities (stipend available)

Weekend & Holiday work is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
