Description
Summary of Position:
To deliver bulk, senior, institutional, corporate, and in-flight catering to various locations and represent Iacofano Group in a professional manner. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for relationships with clients and businesses
- Menu item preparation prior to delivery as directed by Catering Manager & Restaurant Manager
- Responsible for loading all menu items in an efficient manner
- Responsible for delivery & set-up of all ordered menu items to the standards of Iacofano Group, LLC
- Responsible for return of all delivery equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Responsible for cleaning any used delivery vehicles
- Responsible for portioning food items when necessary
- Keep up with all the maintenance needs of all the vehicles in the fleet and coordinate with the manager for all repairs needed for the vehicles.
- Helps Expo
- Train employees about all FBO's and when and where items need to be delivered.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Familiar with all areas that need to be delivered
- Experienced in training others
- Must have valid driver's licenses, clean driving record & insurance
- Be able to work under limited supervision
- Possess excellent written & verbal skills
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
