A rapidly growing food & beverage operator that partners with large federal and commercial organization is growing their D.C. team and currently looking for multiple Catering Attendants, who are available to work anywhere from 3-5 shifts per week.
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking multiple Catering Attendants to join their team starting in April. This role involves serving food, operating registers/POS, providing excellent customer service, assisting with setup and breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness. Reporting to the Pop-Up Supervisor Attendant, candidates must pass a background check and be available for up to three, 5-6 hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday only, with shifts ending around 3 pm. Training provided.
Job Functions:
· Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
· Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
· Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
· Assist with setup and breakdown of catering events.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving and dining areas.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Ability to pass a background check.
· Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. An easy-going and mature communication style with co-workers and customers at all times.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
·At least three, 5-6 hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday only, with shifts ending around 3 pm.
Start Date:
· Around mid-April.
Pay Rate:
· $18 per hour
