Job Summary
Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Catering Attendant and contribute to the exceptional guest experience at our Catering events. As a Catering Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our event guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.
Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times
Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner; ensure correct placement of dishes.
Delivers and serves food and beverages at scheduled functions under the supervision of catering captain
Sets up and serves at functions.
Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.
Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.
Prepares guests checks and collect payment
Cleans event area during and after events thoroughly
Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
Logs and maintains food temperature.
Arranges tables and decorations.
Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
Maintains clean and safe work environment.
Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.
Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or related experience preferred
Physical demands:
Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Frequently ascend/descend stairs
Frequent standing and walking
