The CSM is responsible for all sales activities related to their respective product & services with emphasis on growth and profitability. LION TotalCare is a leading cleaning, inspection, and repair service provider of PPE products to ensure firefighter health and safety needs. TotalCare is a Verified Independent Service Provider (ISP) that currently has eight facilities in North America (Boston, Wilmington, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Denver & Toronto).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for sales activity across all LION TotalCare customers in accordance with the annual business plans and strategic direction from the Americas Leadership team.
- Meets targets for profitable sales volume and market penetration for assigned category.
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business.
- Supports LION's outside field sales teams to ensure market sales growth.
- Partner with TotalCare leadership to support growth of geographical reach of the business.
- May be tasked to work with LION PPE Distributors to grow LTC business.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Relay "Voice of the Customer" feedback to Product Management team about their brand, products, and services.
- Partner with marketing team regarding marketing & education programs and materials.
- Play a key role in building strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships to expand your respective product, services & potential new ISP facilities.
- Manage and track sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
- Proactively assesses and validates customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stays informed/abreast of certifying agencies/bodies processes & procedures associated with LION TotalCare products & Services (e.g. VISPA & NFPA).
- Takes ownership of all Sales goals for the category.
- Ability to build close connections with end-users and with LION's distribution channels and supply chain partners.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree desired, with accumulated years of experience taken into consideration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relations skills.
- Working knowledge & dedicated usage of CRM software.
- Technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, PowerPoint basic email and smartphone capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Demonstrated track record of sales results and territory growth.
- Must be able to deliver impactful and concise presentations and demonstrations to large groups.
- Proven leadership skills as a sales support and business development resource.
- Understanding of business acumen and budgeting/ forecasting processes preferred.
RELATIONSHIPS & CONTACTS:
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and high-level officials at respective accounts.
- Work closely with Senior Sales Leadership, Customer Sales and Support, Internal and External Sales team members, Marketing, and President, Lion Group- Americas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Travel of up to 80%.Frequently travel is outside the employee's local area and overnight.
- Highly flexible and able to react constructively and with a positive attitude to multiple demands, shifting priorities, change and unexpected events.
- May be required at times to perform light lifting and carrying (30 lbs) and up to 8 hours a day on standing/walking/ driving.
- Willing to be trained & proficient in all LTC functions as an ISP within the first 6 months of start date.
