Carolina Vision Center is seeking an ophthalmologist to build their career in our private practice operating ahigh surgical and laser volume.
Experience with LASIK and premium lenses is preferable. Blade-free cataract surgery and ORA are used in 2500 surgical cases annually. We have our own in-house fully equipped LASIK Center with Wavelight, Nidek, and Zeimer lasers.
We are growing rapidly, and recently acquired three practices whose providers retired. Our retina, oculoplastics, and glaucoma surgeries are growing from successful networking strategies. The ideal candidate should be able to perform 500 to 750 cataract, MIGS, and refractive cases in the first year and be capable of performing 2000 cases within three years.
In addition, we would like to interview Retina Surgeons ready for a change or entering private practice.
Carolina Vision Center is located in North Carolina’s southeastern sandhills region, with four distinct weather seasons supporting the widest range of outdoor activities. Carolina Vision Center has participated in 28 FDA studies, and is grounded in a philosophy to leverage the most advanced technologies, supported by well-trained technicians, scribes, and administrative staff, to allow doctors to focus on medicine and surgery.
Candidates must be fluent in English, but being bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus. Must be ABO Board Certified or ABO Board Eligible.
