Casual Dining - Server

Job Summary:Casual Dining Servers provide food and beverage service to members and guests in a manner that ensures a positive experience.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Attention to all members/guests upon seating
• Greet member & present menus
• Answers questions and suggests menu items
• Take members’ /guests’ orders
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Serves meals; places dishes by courses in front of each person
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks
• Enters ticket into the POS systems and presents bill to member
• Keep tables clean & tidy at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to interact well with members and guests
• Ability to lift and carry food and dish trays
• Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
• Professional and Polished appearance

Education & Experience:

· Minimum high school education or equivalent

· Minimum one year work experience

Pay: $7.69 per hour

• Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• TABC Certified (Preferred)
