Class Definition
The Gaming Operations Investigator acts as a liaison between the gaming licensee and the Rhode Island Lottery on issues related to operations including, but not limited to, security, surveillance, facility design, accounting and internal controls. Primary focus is to communicate and address non-criminal violations of the operating, control, and regulatory requirements of the Lottery and violations of internal controls, along with expectations with regard to regulatory requirements and to facilitate compliance therewith.

Required Qualifications for Appointment
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Preferably in the field of law enforcement, gaming regulatory, or gaming regulatory preferred. Knowledge of investigative techniques preferred.
