Cashier/Scanner (Worthington, MN)

Billion of Worthington is seeking a full-time Cashier/Scanner to join the Billion Automotive team!

DUTIES:

• Post cash, credit card and check receipts.
• Prepare cash and check deposits. Send cash to bank and checks to the office.
• Record CC sales, Transactions over $100 and Deductibles to the spreadsheets.
• Scan all source documents for multiple departments.
• Close detail and PDI service tickets.
• Submit Extended Warranty claims as they come in, via fax or email.
• Maintain cash and warranty schedules
• Submit cash and warranty schedule spreadsheets to managers.
• Prepare misc spreadsheets for service manager as requested.
• Monitor customer waiting area for cleanliness and keep stocked with snack/beverage items.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred 
• Valid Driver's License
• Organization skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
