Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic scanners
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the checkout process
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Cash handling experience is a plus
