Front of House Staff
We are looking for a Front of House Staff member. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling a busy and fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Their primary duties will include greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring the bakery area is tidy and organized. Responsibilities-
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Provide stellar customer service, including greeting visitors and responding to questions
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Perform daily operations, including but not limited to:Maintaining tidy store appearance; cleaning; restocking
Taking orders in-person and over the phone
Cashier duties
Packaging customer items (cookies, cakes, pastries)

Requirements-
- Ability to lift 35 lbs; be on your feet for 6-8 hours a day; bend down and reach up
- Flexibility - shifts can start as early as 8:00 A.M. and end as late as 8:00 P.M. Management will try to be accommodating but employees need to be able to work all shifts
- Ability to work holidays - holidays are the busiest times of the year, and employees will be required to work more than their normal schedules during the holidays
