Job Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and warm introduction
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and health/sanitation regulations.
• Work with team members to maintain and enhance the service/teamwork culture required by L3 Craft Coffee.
• Be prepared to offer guidance on drink offerings if customer's need assistance
• Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following precise recipes and preparation techniques set by L3 Craft Coffee
• Learn specific brewing styles for coffee
• Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for for all daily responsibilities and activities and contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Improve quality coffee experience by studying and learning new brewing processes; implementing training techniques and maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
• Be prepared to participate in coffee training courses, coffee conventions, & all events related to developing a better experience for our customers at L3 Craft Coffee
• Be familiar with point of sale system.
• Maintain a clean and groomed personal appearance.
• Report for work in a timely manner.
• Required to be committed to personal and professional improvement.
• Required to pass a Barista test designed by L3 Craft Coffee
• Required to be aware of L3 Craft Coffee history and mission statement

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time

Salary: $11.00 to 14.00 / hour (tips included)
