Cashier/Food Runner

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join us as a Cashier/Food Runner. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling payments accurately, and delivering orders to our guests efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Accurately process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale system.

- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

- Pack and present food orders ensuring accuracy and quality.

- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier station and dining area.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic math skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
