Cashier/Expeditor

For 25 years Lilly’s Gourmet and Catering has been a Bucks County institution, consistently delivering innovative, beautifully prepared food using only the highest quality ingredients. Our clients understand that we hold to a standard of excellence unsurpassed in the area.

Now, we are looking for a versatile and well-organized cashier to help bring our operation to the next level. As the cashier, you will engage with the customer by taking their orders, processing payments, prepare all orders to our high standards, as well as managing cleanliness for the cafe.

To be successful, you should possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn and any experience in the industry is preferred.

THIS POSITION IS FOR MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS ONLY.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Taking customer orders and answering any questions they may have.
• Manage transactions with customers via pos system.
• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Fulfill opening and/or closing responsibilities.
• Make sandwiches/wraps/paninis/salads for in-store and delivery orders if needed. Will be cross-trained.
• Adhering to food and health industry regulations and standards.

Cashier Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of pos systems.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand throughout shift.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
