Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier and Drink Maker to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring accurate and efficient transactions at the point of sale. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Drink Makers will be expected to make high-quality, accurate boba drinks in a timely fashion.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately using a POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Make high-quality boba drinks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the culinary or food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of restaurant or food service operations is an asset
